Introduction

Advantech AMiS_Link software is designed to facilitate hospital customers and maximize the productivity of medical cart management.

AMiS_Link delivers many benefits to hospitals and clinical environments, including:

  • A web-based user interface: local and remote management

  • Power health monitor: battery capacity, remaining time, and health.

  • Power information: power system and battery cell information

  • Power alert: battery alarm threshold, response to low capacity, volume and power control.

  • Battery maintenance: manual log export, daily auto log export

  • A web-based user interface: local and remote management

Runtime requirements

  • Microsoft Windows 10 LTSC x64 asks for at least 4GB of RAM

Installing

AMiSLink+Battery app

  1. Run the AMiSLink+Battery app.

  2. To manually change the COM port number of battery device after check it on Windows Device Manager.

  1. Select the right battery to use.

  1. When you see the confirmation message that the installation is complete, click Finish.

AMiSLink+Setup app

  1. Run the AMiSLink+Setup app.

  1. After the installation is completed, click Finish to restart the computer.

Login AMiSLink

  1. After iService SDK Manage Tool is running, click AMiSLink icon on desktop.

  1. It should automatically jump to the user login page that enter http://localhost:9033/ in the address bar of the browser, and then the default account query page is displayed. Input Username: admin, Password: admin, click login to enter AMiSLink.

Dashboard

Overview

  1. Click Dashboard in the left-side menu. In the Overview section, you can view the following information about your battery usage and activity appears for current battery status.

  1. To change the text color dynamically of the dashboard depending on the Battery Settings conditions.

Details

Click Detailed, the displayed battery information includes the battery model name, MCU data, and Battery detail information such as the temperature, health, voltage..., and charging/ discharging current values of each battery.

Setting

Battery

The Battery Settings menu allows you customize according to your needs and preferences.

(1) Click Setting > Battery Settings. Turn on the button, left and right dragging with the mouse to set the conditions that trigger an alert.

  • Put the System to Shutdown

  • Export Click Export > Download tab to export json file to Windows default download folder.

  • Import Click Import > Select file to import the json file.

My Height

According to the height value in the first column, the user can click Edit to define the table position.

  1. Select you want to check item from drop down menu.

  1. Set time duration in form, and then press Search.

  1. Select the save folder location.

  • Save the file to 'logs' folder on device

  • Save the file to 'Downloads' folder on your computer

  • Upload to FTP server

Scheduler

Turn on log option according to your needs. It create a log file after click/tap the Save button and auto export a log file at 12:00 AM per day. You can select the save folder location: Save to local or Save to local and FTP server automatically at the same time.

FTP Server

Setup log-in FTP server information include its IP, port, user name, and password. Confirm by clicking Save.

User Setting

Admin

Click User Setting > Alarm Setting > Admin. Edit Name, Nickname, and Password.

User

(1) Click User Setting > Alarm Setting > Admin. Edit Name, Nickname, and Password.

(2) User access rights that view Dashboard only.

Language

AMiS Link app is now available in English, Traditional Chinese, and Simplified Chinese.

  1. Change language settings. Select your language from drop down menu, and then click Save.

  1. Click got it, the pop-up window should disappear and log-out automatically.

  1. After log-in, the language will be changed.
